LOCK HAVEN – Jonathan C. Baumgard, 905 W. Fourth St., was allegedly observed urinating outside the Fallon Hotel at 11:32 p.m. Saturday, city police said.

LOCK HAVEN – An unnamed victim had both of his vehicles entered and had an iPod stolen while they were parked at 528 S. Fairview St., about 5:45 a.m. Saturday, city police said.

LOCK HAVEN – Brianna McWilliams reported to city police someone stole her black metal patio table and four chairs, along with a wooden “Boo” sign from her front porch between 3 and 8 a.m. Friday.

LOCK HAVEN – A 73-year-old victim reported yellow paint was splashed onto the person’s 1997 Chevy Lumina between Oct. 8 and 14, city police said.
