1. Classes
After six long weeks of winter break, the last thing you want to think about is having to wake up for that 8 a.m. class. On the bright side, it’s just syllabus week so you won’t strain your brain too much the first few days back.
2. Bentley
After 42 days of home cooked meals you have to return to school to eat Bentley. Not saying anything bad about the oh so delicious meals served in the dining hall, BUT when it comes down to it, I think we can all agree that we much rather have a home cooked meal.
3. Weather
Everyone knows the weather in Lock Haven is unpredictable to say the least, but I must say the weather this past week was ridiculous. Cold and snowy one day and the next day it’s 50 degrees, seriously?
4. Studying
It’s back to the grind and that means hours of studying, but who really wants to think about studying after you just went 6 weeks without opening a textbook?
5. Papers
This is probably the one most of us dread, writing papers. For those of you who actually write the papers ahead of time, this probably isn’t that big of a deal for you. But for all of those procrastinators out there, I’m sure you’re not looking forward to that long night before the day the paper is due.
Whether we like it or not, we’re back in the Haven for another 15 week semester, so we might as well make the best of it and try to have as much fun as possible and maybe even do a little bit of school work in the process.
