Within the dark recesses of the vault, behind all of the stuff from the 90’s that is just freaking awesome, is the amazing movie that is “Space Jam”. Released in 1996 by Warner Bros., “Space Jam” features famous basketball player Michael Jordan and the "Looney Toons" characters Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and a whole other cast of characters.

Their rank was based upon the number of views for the top fifty articles of the semester, how many articles they had in the top fifty, and how many likes their articles got.
LHU hosted its 8th annual Celebration of Scholarship around campus on April 22, which allowed students to share what they’ve learned in classes with students, staff and faculty. The event takes place all around campus and various mediums of presentation are possible, including posters, performance and displays. All presentations were scheduled so that students could attend the keynote speaker
A graduate of Lock Haven University took the stage Tuesday night for the first Philadelphia mayor debate for the upcoming 2015 election. Doug Oliver, LHU Alumnus, hopes to become Philadelphia’s next mayor. Oliver was born in Philadelphia and earned his bachelors at LHU in 1988. He then earned his masters at La Salle University and Saint Joseph University.
The Lock Haven University baseball team was swept in a four game series by Mansfield on Friday and Saturday. In game one at Foundation Field on Friday, Mansfield hopped out to a 1-0 lead in the top of the first on a sacrifice fly. The run was unearned. In the top of the third, Wes Baylor gave Mansfield a 2-0 lead with a solo homerun to left field.
The Lock Haven University men’s and women’s track teams are set to participate in the 2015 Penn Relays Carnival that runs from April 23 (today) to Saturday, April 25 at Franklin Field on the campus of Pennsylvania University. The men will enter the competition ranked No. 5 in the Atlantic Region with the women ranked No. 19.
In their penultimate regular season game, the No. 2 Lock Haven University ladies lacrosse team defeated Kutztown, 16-2. The win pushed the team to 15-0 on the season and 11-0 in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) play. Dating back to last season, the ladies are 32-1 in their last 33 games. The lone loss came in the DII championship game against Adelphi, who is ranked No. 1 in the nation.
The Lock Haven University softball team swept Mansfield in a two-game series on Sunday at Lawrence Field in Lock Haven. Lock Haven edged out a 2-1 win in game one. In the top of the first, McKenna Garlock and Nicole Smith pulled off the double steal, to give Lock Haven a 1-0 lead. Laura Lawson doubled to left center in the top of the second to tie the game up at one for Mansfield.
When a student goes abroad, they experience a whole new culture and lifestyle which stays with them for the rest of their lives. Those months learning and experiencing never leaves us, nor do the memories or the friends from around the world that we’ve made along the way. Unfortunately, once we come back from being abroad, all we want to do is share our experience because we can’t let it go.
The Scuba Club runs a certification program each semester and at least one Discover Scuba, a free event open to students, faculty and staff to participate in scuba diving. The next Discover Scuba will be held on April 28, 2015. The club goes on dive trips as well as some non-dive trips. These trips include Dutch Springs for diving, Pier 87 for diving and snorkeling and Key West over winter break for diving and snorkeling.
