The Love Doctor returns for his second straight year of providing Valentine’s Day advice. This week, with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we will discuss what to do, and also what not to do, with your significant other this Valentine’s Day.
First, for guys, rock the flowers. Grab a bouquet of roses or have something pretty arranged by a florist. This is always the best place to begin.
Also, at the beginning of your Valentine’s Day planning stages, do not forget to grab a visually appealing card. It can be one of the monstrously sized ones, but toning it down and getting just a simple card provides the same type of reactions.
Dinner is a wise move. Dinner is actually a great move, unless Duke plays on Valentine’s Night, and then your significant other wonders why you have been M.I.A. That happened to me.
Anyways, don’t feel this has to be an all-out, expensive night out. I would recommend a place like the Cheesecake Factory or the Melting Pot, but this obviously depends on your budget and also the personality of your significant other.
Stuffed animals and chocolate are also smart routes to take.
Now, what not to do. PLEASE do not get jewelry with hearts on it. It is incredibly common, and almost too common, and it is important to think outside the box.
Guys, last thing, please pay for whatever activities you and whomever you are with partake in. It seems obvious, but some males around the world would tell you otherwise.
